To ensure ample time for crafting your exquisite custom cake, we recommend placing your order 2-4 weeks in advance. If you're still finalizing your design, a deposit can secure your spot on our calendar, providing flexibility to finalize the details later. For special occasion cakes, we recommend securing your order 1-2 months ahead of time. While we may be able to accommodate later orders, securing your spot early ensures you have ample time to create the cake of your dreams.

While we do not offer ready-made cakes, as our cakes are crafted with the finest ingredients and require precise attention to detail, making them unsuitable for pre-made preparation.

As each custom cake design is unique, we require an upfront non-refundable deposit to secure your order and cover the initial expenses of materials and design time. We will provide you with an exact figure once we have finalized your order.

Since each custom order is tailored to your specific requirements, refunds may not be possible. However, exceptions may apply in cases of manufacturing errors or incorrect order fulfillment. Please refer to our Refund Policy under our Terms of Service for more details. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.

For the best chance of fulfilling your desired design, we kindly ask that you submit any changes in writing at least two weeks before your event. This allows our team adequate time to source any necessary materials and make adjustments to our production schedule. To maintain order clarity and accountability, only the original order placer can submit written design changes. We appreciate your understanding!

We understand that plans change, but please let us know at least 15 days before your event if you need to cancel. We require all cancellations to be submitted in writing.

A pick-up day will be set for you to collect your order. If you are unable to pick up your order on the scheduled date, you may do so on the following business day. Please inform us if you are unable to make the scheduled pick-up so we can prepare your order accordingly. Once the order has left our premises, we are not liable for any damage or loss that may occur.

Delivery charges are based on a per-mile rate, calculated from our bakery to your delivery address. Please note that all delivery charges are subject to change without notice.
